My web cam 335 is not installing on my computer. even i downloaded its drivers from the web. please tell me which drivers will accurate Thanks Nomi.

is this integrated or external? if external always install the drivers first do NOT plug in the web cam that will just cause more hell then needed. Instead of using that outdated driver disc they ship with the web cam, it is better off to go to the manufacture website and download the most current stable release NOT the beta version if they have that. after you download that double click it and it will TELL you when to plug in the web cam during installation process and if all goes well it should work right away.

For an Built in web cam just go to the computer manufacture driver and downloads and their should be an update web cam driver, download it to your computer and double click the program and follow the instructions carefully. If all went well it will work.

What I could recon from your question is that your webcam driver is not installed in your PC.

Please be informed that any Driver software depends upon the hardware make and Operating System. So, you need to know all these information's to do get going.

Please find the Driver software's of your webcam inside the installation disk provided with the System at the time of purchase. In case if you do not posses the same then you need to download the driver software from the web. As you have not mentioned your and Operating System you are using, I am unable to give you the direct download link. However you can download the same by visiting the website of the company that manufactured the Webcam.

Even here you need to be careful to download the correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the Webcam Model number and the OS that you are using.

After you have downloaded the driver, to install just plug in the webcam on to your PC and then Double click on the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish' option and restart the PC.

web-cam.Or open gently the camera cover and read the chip-set id then goggle it (for all other web-cam).It works for me every time.

But first connect your web cam via usb slot on your computer... wait till a message on the taskbar appear: found new hardware..once ask for a driver.. choose one from the driver and install it.

Just follow this step and your web cam will work again.
