I have a 95 honda civic ex,wont start.ran fine yesterday,wont start this morning.battery is fully charged,new cap and rotor.would do u think might b my problem

if it wont turn over 1st check the ground s on the car and the battery 1st. your battery can be fully charged and the car will not start even over night this can happen. then look at the starter. Note: if you have over 109K on the car and the timing belt has never been replaced you will need to have this checked as well.

Starter making whirring noise.

When you say it won't start you mean it won't crank, right ?

If you have a duralast starter from auto zone, that may be the problem.
Aftermarket brand starters and alternators can be lemons sometimes.
A mechanic would check for voltage at the starter with the key in the on and start positions. Also check the ground connections.
Its possible the starter is not getting full battery voltage for some reason.

Turn the key and hear a whirring sound, serpentine belt wont move and car won't turn over

In every likelihood have the Bendex of the checked up. It is not connecting the self starter motor with the engine crank shaft thus the whirring sound.

Red and green flashing lights on 18v lxt charger

Batteries don't always look degraded but if they've been in use for a while or have a bad cell, they will show up bad on the charger and it won't charge them. The only way to test the batteries is to try to charge them on another charger. If the batteries show defective on another charger, they are bad and you'll have to replace them. Also try to charge some batteries you know to be good on your charger to see if it's the problem. If your batteries charge on another charger, your current charger is bad and they don't have any replaceable parts in them so you'd be looking at replacing it.

Not starting up

hello there!
so you're phone won't charge up...you should buy a new battery...your old battery is not functioning well...
tip:
don't use the phone while charging. let it be fully charge before using it again. and don't let it to overcharge too. this will reduce the life span of the battery.

Thank you for contacting FixYa with your inquiry.
This is not an uncommon behavior and we need to locate the source of the problem and eliminate the things that are not effecting the issue.
Most probable causes: Battery, Starter Relay, Start Button, Starter.
Manually start the bike and take it for a good rip and see if the battery takes/holds a good charge for the rest of the day. If you don't have trouble starting through out the day then it's a good chance you may need to replace the battery. Recommend the use of a trickle charger to keep the charge up during the week when bikes in the garage. Part# 53 Frame Parts/Wiring Harness.http://cyclehuttktm.com/FicheFinderNew/FicheFinder.aspx
If your battery is known to be new or has a good charge, do you often hear a clicking sound. It might indicate your starter relay is wearing out or you have a short. Trace the wire harness and confirm insulation wear.Check starter wire and confirm the nut's tight with a good star washer. If relay - replace it. Part Number #58 Frame/Wiring Harness http://cyclehuttktm.com/FicheFinderNew/FicheFinder.aspx
If the battery is known good and the relay pulls in but the starter won't engage and you can hear it attempting you may have an issue with the starter being in a bind from some internal obstruction or just plain worn out. Pull it and check it. See if it engages off the frame. You may have to take it to an alternator shop and have it re-wound. New ones are spendy.http://cyclehuttktm.com/FicheFinderNew/FicheFinder.aspx
Starter Control Button: Reseat the connection and confirm it's engaging the relay. Part Number #69 chassis/Handlebar Controls. http://cyclehuttktm.com/FicheFinderNew/FicheFinder.aspx
Hope this helps you resolve your starting issue. If we can provide further assistance please advise,
Best regards,
TF

Camera turns off itself

This is likely because:
  1. You are using the wrong types of batteries (Alkaline, Ni-Cd or Ni-MH batteries are recommended for digital cameras) NOTE: don't mix different types.
  2. The battery is out of charging cycles and won't retain charge. (Most rechargeable batteries can be charged only about 1000 times after which they won't hold charge)
  3. The batteries aren't 'powerful' enough. (low quality rechargeable batteries with low capacity shouldn't be used on digital cameras, Always buy batteries specialized for cameras (from camera stores or studios))
  4. The wrong battery type is selected in the camera's settings. (Most cameras let you select the type of battery you are using from it's settings. Browse through the settings and see if this is the problem)
Hope that fixed it. Good luck.
