Unfortunately not, in order for the BlueAnt S4 to read out text messages you must have a cellphone which supports TTS (text to speech) technology. BlueAnt has developed a text readout app for Android phones running 2.0 or above and there is a 3rd party application called Vlingo available for iPhones, Blackberries and some integration with other proprietary cell phone OS's. As the LG Rumor does not fall into this category you will not be able to have your texts read out based on the limitations of the phone. Regards, Rylan

    that is wrong i had the bloue ant s4... and still do but it just died and wont charge anymore and was a great blue tooth.. but i also had the rumor touch and the rumor reflex and all the rumors and they did work but the only way is have ur phone set to silent or no ring... is how it tells to read u the text..and

I have the LG Rumour 2 and I hate the predictive text. I turned off all the word predictions under the Settings>Text Entry menu but whenever I text it still predicts the words. How do I turn it off?

Why dont i receive all my msges with lg rumour?
My LG Rumor won't accept any text messages if my inbox is full. Try deleting all of your messages. Then you can turn your phone on "Auto Delete" so it will automaticly delete some messages if your inbox becomes full.

Two red lights on my lg rumour phone won't shut off
This usually means that you've got s missed alert, either a text msg or a call. Check your missed alerts section. If there is a text msg or missec call, eithe rread the txt or dismiss the call. That will turn off the red light.

Cannot remove number in the sent IM menu of the LG Rumour
Click on messaging icon from main menu.
Click send message.
Instead of clicking text message click on pic/video message.
then you have 4 options TO: CONTACTS , TO Mobile#, To Email, And finally To Recent lict. Click on recent list and checkmark all the numbers you want deleted then click options bottom right corner then click delete.....
