I just bougth a Barbie video Girl for my little Daughter, the problem is that on screen appears a memory card with and exclamation sign, no video has recorded yet, record, play and delete buttons dont work at all, I reset the toy, nothing seems to work, any idea to fix this problem, My daughter and I appreciate Your help. You have a round button on your Barbie Girls Mp3 player. Right? Well, you have a round button in the middle of the circle that is Pause. On the right and left hand side is the back and forwards buttons. The up and down buttons on it is the volume control. Up is louder. Down is softer. Hope that helped you, deary.

I bought one of these for my daughter for Christmas. I didn't bother installing the software that came with the player. Windows Media Player automatically recognised the device allowing me to transfer music to it.

Try updating your graphics drivers from the internet for your video card. Since the minimum requirements for this game is a 32 MB video card, your video card should work just fine. Attempt to update the graphics drivers from ATI's website. Also verify that you have direct x compatable sound card, which is also required for this game.

remove the backplate, get a pin and push the reset button at the back of the barbiegirl

The recommended minimum sysytem requirement for the video card is 32MB. When I upgraded my video card to 128MB the problem of the yellow screen is gone and the program works well, problem solved.
