The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Cant get pictures from camera to my computer because i dont have the disk. How can i downlaod the program without the disk?

Since you didn't specify the make and model of your camera, I'm going to assume it uses a memory card of some type.

MY ACER ASPIRE 4530 CAMERA IS NOT ACTIVATED

You have to install cam driver .
If already installed then uninstall it.
Then downlaod from this link .
http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/
Select your operating system and downlaod.

Then after installing thisd driver open my computer there you can see your camera.
IF you cannot see this camera then there should be some hardware problem in your inbuilt camera.
Let me know if you need more assistanse.
Thanks.

Batteries wear out quickly

most cameras use alot of energy so it could be normal but you may be using batteries that dont put out enough voltage. your rechargeable batteries may be wearing out (as they all eventually do). i suggest trying out duracells. the computer may have just reconized the old camera so it knew what to do but since you got a new one, your computer doesnt reconize it.

DOWNLOADING PICTURES TO COMPUTER

Usually your camera comes with a software program for processing pics on your computer. Some of them come with a SD card that can be removed from the camera and put on the computer with a sd card reader (very easy). You can try these, you may also be able to find a free software package that you may be able to download to transfer your pics from your camera (you will need a usb cable for this, cost about $10) Your user manual should have info about this too. Good luck.

Do not have cd rom (s-sw58)to downlaod software to computer

Do you have the usb cable for the camera? If you do, then go into the menu using the 4-way controller go to the setting menu. Under usb connection select PC. Then you can back out of the menu. Turn your camera off, connect the usb cable, then turn the camera on. Let me know if you need more help.

E-mail pictures

depends on your provider......you can purchase and download a program called motorola phone tools to your computer and downlaod the pictures and make ringtones and such.....that is nifty :)

OR, you can take a picture, and it should give you the option to send as email......

if you have t-mobile, you can send the pictures to 222 and go to www.tmobilepictures.com to access that.....and downlaod those to the computer that way
