When I insert SIM card into my Motorola C118, I switch it on,'phone is locked' is appeared.

How can i unlock my Motorola C118 so as to use any sim cards

After completion of two years mandatory locked period of Motorola C118 Handset I will like to unlocked the same. Therefore, I want take subsidy code of the same set.
