Most likely, it is the thermostat which controls the heating element. The Bios Thermostat will have two wires connected to a round disc which has a flange and screw holes to hold it next to the blower vent or the center of the drum. Use an ohm meter to see if it open or take it to an appliance parts store to have them check it for you. You may also see a thermal fuse and a high temperature cut-off thermostat which should not read open with an ohm meter. Any open thermostat will prevent the heater element from turning on. The part should be about $25.00.

check for tripped breaker and proper voltage, next check to see if turns on if your getting air to the outside vent if ok the you need to open the unit up (unplug it FIRST) your be looking for the thermal fuse and or the cutoffs these will be attached to the blower housing assy ohm them out and also if electrical one check the heating element as well most cases this will solve your problems

if the ignitor is glowing then replace the gas coils they are part number 5303931775. If the ignitor is not glowing then look at the thermal fuse located either on the blower housing or if the lint screen is on the top its behind the back panel. Its skinny and white if its blown replace that and the thermal fuse and check your venting because clogged venting can cause the thermal fuse to blow. There should be a small square access piece at the bottom corner of front panel you can remove to see if the ignitor is glowing or not. Hope this helps _MJ_

You need to check the thermostats, igniter and gas valve. Here is a link to a video to show you how to do that.
