Replace CMOS battery, and update date and time...a small coin type battery.turn off pc before opening the CPU.avoid touching other parts of motherboard

How to change date & time Option 1>>> Open the command prompt:
Click Start.
Type "command prompt."
In the results, click on Command Prompt
Type the word "time". Type a space, and enter the new time in the following format:
HH:MM:SS AM/PM. For example, time 5:34:00 PM, time 12:15:00 AM, etc.
Press enter or return.
Type the word "date". Type a space, then enter the new date in the following format:
MM/DD/YYYY. For example, date 5/15/2009, date 2/14/1999, etc.
Press enter or return.
Option 2>>>
1Open the command prompt:
Click the Start button.
Click on All Programs.
Click Accessories.
Click Command Prompt.

Windows 7 and below:
Start> Control Panel> Date and time>Date and time will pop-up on the screen>Click on date and time to change the date and time.
Windows 8: Start> Type control and control panel will pop-up on the search list, click on that to open control panel>Date and time>Date and time will pop-up on the screen>Click on date and time to change the date and time.
Right-click the time in the lower right, select: adjust date and time, select: internet time, select either source, select: apply (if high lighted)--otherwise close. You need to be connected to the internet for the internet time to work.
1. To open the USER SETTINGS MENU. Open all three of the One-touch
speed dialing panels. Then press the button labeled "Data
Registration".
2. Press the "SET" button 2 times until you see:
USER SETTINGS - 1. DATE & TIME.
3. To open the DATE & TIME Menu. Press SET.
Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter the current
month, day, year and current time. Just enter the new numbers over the
old numbers.
To set the year, enter 08, 09, etc.
Use the 24-hours format to enter the time (e.g. 1:00 p.m. would be entered as 13:00)
You can also use the cursor buttons to move the cursor without changing a number entry.
To restore previous entry, press CLEAR.
Press SET to "lock in" the Date and Time.

insert a dynamic date and time
select the cell into which you want to insert the dynamic date
and time.
Type "=now()" (ignore quotation marks) into
the selected cell.
Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to enter the formula into the
selected cell. You will now see the current date and time appear in the
cell you typed the formula into. (Date and time will update every
time the "Enter" key is pressed )
the time and date setup should be in the settings menu. open the menu then go to 'settings'. scroll down to 'initial setup' and select this option, then you select time and date. this is where you set up the time and date. :) hope this helps.
