Install new battery and sd card and cut it on and it when it come it goes right back off

You might have to take it to a retailer who knows about cameras or go online to find out how to install the sd card usually the sd card goes into the bottom of a camera or either the back or the side.

See if Primos company can help or maybe send it back.

What size memory cards are you trying to use? The I-60 works with SD cards, 2GB or smaller. It will not work with higher-capacity SDHC cards.

Did you format the card in the camera ?

Same thing happened to mine, and it had to be sent away for repairs.

Rename it BASEMAP.MGI
Then copy it in the directory "background maps" in the SD card of your 500, by using a SD card reader/writer.
Insert the SD card in your 500 and connect it to your PC; then turn it on;it will turn on regularly, because the basemap in the card will be detected; turn it to USB file transfer mode, and copy the basemap from the SD card to the directory "background maps" of the 500.
If you already have the file ..just rename it like I said ..and copy it ..using the sd card in the reader...Than if it is not functional ..just reset it ..and reload the file the proper way by reloading maps..

you may have to do a master reset your sd card will be fine check to be sure your t-mobile card by the battery is in and make sure its the right one if it is and your still having problems check to make sure sd card is in if not text me @8432067554 and i will further assist you oh yeah the master reset you will have your phone running like new just hold down the home key and poer key till it turn on then release it or i think its when its on hold the home and power key till it shuts off then cut it back on

Take out the SD card.Turn off the phone and take out the battery. Now insert the new SD card and then insert the battery. Turn it on and then new card should get detected.

Check if the SD card is iserted properly into the camera, eventually pull it out and push it back inside the camera. Also remove camera batteries , repeat the operation, and put back batteries.
If the card still does not work test the card into a different device, it is not unfrequent that an SD card comes defective from factory. In this case take the card back to the retailer and a have it changed.
If the card works on a different device, then it may be that the NV3 does not support 4 GB , there is no mention about max SD format supported in camera specs, or in the manual. In this case I suggest testing a 1 or 2 Gb card at the shop, and then buying right one.
