When I lost my windows password, I like to reset Windows Password with Windows Password Seeker and I think it is excellent and professional! Once the password is removed, there is no need to type any passwords but to leave it blank, and click the user name to instantly log on Windows. http://www.passwordseeker.com/howtouse.html

As you know, if reinstall the computer will lead to lose data. In order to avoid data loss, you can remove the password with windows 7 password reset tool. I found a good one at http://www.reset-windows-password.com/reset-windows-7-password.html last week, then downloaded it and used it to remove the lost windows 7 password within only few minutes.

Lost windows logon passwords just isn't a big problem. I realize a simple way to recover lost windows logon password, just need to create a bootable CD/DVD or Usb stick to reset forgotten windows password, I have made a bootable Disc with the tool Windows Password Seeker and reset my administrator password successfully. You could Search windows password seeker or have a look at their website: http://www.passwordseeker.com

Hi

You have to open up your laptop notebook by removing all the screws at the back of your computer but make sure you remove the battery and then remove the CMOS battery at the motherboard and return again to reset the BIOS setting and will remove the password.

I hope it helps you.

I forgot my Bios password in the function F2 screen and unable to change the time and date in BIOS

You would have to reset BIOS. This can be done by opening the case (while the computer is powered down and unplugged) to access the CMOS battery on the motherboard, removing it, wait for a few seconds and reinsert it to clear CMOS. This will reset BIOS to there default settings and clear the BIOS password. You will have to reconfigure BIOS, so I would suggest finding a technician to do this for you if you are not comfortable with handling internal computer components or configuring BIOS.

Need to reset bios password on Daytona-a rev 3.3 mboard

Enter the BIOS at power on, rather than booting windows, and go through the settings. Put in your old password and enter a new one as prompted on the screen.
If you bought this used, and there is a password from a previous owner, you can go to the system board and remove the small jumper that maintains the password lock for the BIOS. This should allow you access to the BIOS if you're locked out by a previous owner's password.

I have a Dell Dimension B110 and it only detects 256 mb. I have installed a WD 500GB hard drive and installed 2 - 1 GB RAM and still nothing. I think I need to change the BIOS but don't know how.

Hello,

Yes, you need to change your bios setting. The best thing to do is the reset the BIOS to default and check your system after the reboot. Good Luck

How to bypass a dell dimension b110 password

It's not so clear since you haven't mention which password, whether Bios password or system password. If it's Bios password, remove the Bios battery and leave it outside for few mins and reinsert it. That will solve the problem. But if it's system password (password to be typed in when you are logging on to your system), it depends on the operating system on how to bypass it. For windows XP it's easy with some key strokes but for win vista and win 7 it would be much tougher since higher security feature is implemented with these operating system. Let me know if your problem is the system password with the operating system mention in your comment. Good luck.

Inspiron b110 wont turn on only green flashig

Unplug your computer, wait 30 minutes, plug it back in and try again.

If it still doesn't work, it's got a serious problem. If it isn't under warranty with DELL any longer, take it to a reputable repair facility.

Hi,

If you are referring to a complete reinstallation of your operating system in which it will restore the settings to factory, you may try using CTRL + F11.

If this function doesn't work your hard drive doesn't have the functionality to restore the settings to factory. You may need to check it also from your computer manufacturer.

If you are referring to reset your BIOS password. You need to get pass key from your computer manufacturer as well.

Keep me posted.

Regards,

Jeff
