Hi Julie: It is difficult to find an online supplier for parts for the Rival products. The only source for parts for ice cream makers that I have been able to find is this one on their own site: http://www.rivalproducts.com/category.aspx?cid=1121
Unfortunately I do not belive the part you are looking for is offered online. My best advice is to contact Rival directly via there web inquiry form to see if they can make this part available to you or identify a compatible part.
