There are two tips for you to reset windows password .
1. Enter into safe mode, log in as default admin account, there is no password in it. If the default account password has been changed, see next

If you forget password of windows do these works:
1- restart your pc
2- before loading windows Press F8.
3- select safe mode.
4- in user selecting screen, select administrator.
5- log in freely and do any change you want.

but if you forget password of bios do these:
1- intercept all of cables from your laptop.
2- open back lid and evolve the battery.
3- wait 15 minutes.
4- put the battery and turn on the laptop.
