Hi,

You have lot your evaporator fan motor in the freezer that caused no air to circulate, this would also effect the refer section too. P# WR60X10185 if you need it, check to see if the fan remains running on high speed even when the freezer door is open for 3-5 minutes.

Good Luck

Fridge compartment not cold

I would like to get the temperatures in freezer and bottom freezer Profiles are somewhat different than most. We have either a defrost problem or the electronic air damper is stuck shut or defective. I will try to find your model number but it just will not be as helpful as using the correct model. Anyway I am here and ready when you are, Sea Breeze

GE Profile side by side freezer not working at all. Fridge ok.

Is the fridge side working? If not try turning the defrost timer dial until it clicks. If it now goes you need to test the defrost circuit as there's still a fault but it'll go for 12 hours untill it trys to do another D'frost. If this doesn't work try bypassing the thermostat. cheers
