Please follow the below step for delete yahoo account.

Step 1: Open this link https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user

Step 2: Enter Your Email account and password which you want delete

Step 3: Click on Sign in

Step 4: Then After Read all instruction

Step 5: Again You need to enter your password

Step 6: Enter a code which is you can see on bottom of the page

Step 7: Click on Terminate this account

Before you delete your account, check the following:
1. You must disable "yahoo account key".
2. If you've forgotten it, use the Sign-in Helper to recover your password.
3. Make sure to delete all child accounts before deleting the parent account.

Deactivate the account:
Sign in to the Yahoo Account you want to delete.Go to the "Terminating your yahoo account" page.Read the info on terminating your account.Confirm your password.Type in the CAPTCHA code then clickTerminate the account. Finally, your account will get deactivated.
