How can i get the puk for my motorols bt60 if its not on service anymore?

BT60 is the battery. Not the phone model. You can find your IMEI or MEID under your battery and then go to Motorola Support Find Answers Motorola Mobility Inc to search your model. If your phone has IMEI it may be unlock able but you have to request from the phones original service provider.

Just type any password until your phone asking PUK code. PUK code is a unique number to unlock your phone if you forget your pin number and can be found from your sim card paper or asking from network provider. With puk code you can unlock motorola bt51 from old pin and you can set new password, but please pay attention when you entering that code don't make mistake for many times. It will not make your motorola unlocked your sim card also locked.

If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.

teh best way is to call up your service provider and ask them for GPRS, they will send you the settings by SMS or on phone they will tell you.

Call your phone service provider to obtain the puk code for the sim card, if the puk code has been entered wrong too many times and the code you get from your service provider doesn't work anymore then most likely you will need a new sim card, ask your phone service provider.

the network service provider will provide you the puk code when you call their customer service you will need to proof your identity that your the owner of the simcard/phone - they will ask for it. and they will give you the puk code and instructions on how to enter it.

no one else can give it to you also there is no pay for service that could provide the code, only the service provider. its your only option.

If you can't enter the puk code anymore then you need to order a new sim card from the service provider or buy a new prepaid sim card if you use prepaid you can cut it into parts and throw away.

the puk or pin unblocking key are the codes that comes with the original pin... this is found on the sim housing... the best way to solve your problem is to locate the sim housing then scratch the covered pin and puk... usually it has two pin codes and 2 puk codes... if you can't find it... report to your network provider then they will give you the pin and puk codes...tnx

take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reset the code for you.
