I own a streamium wacs 700.
it will not load any cd's
they just will not drop into the slot, it makes a noise, but will not load into the player.
i've tried unplugging the player and a firmware update 6 months ago, but to no avail.

contact the manufacturer through the suppoet facility on their website, they are the best people to help you in this matter and may ask you to return the item dor inspection/repair/replacement. This is not the forum for your particular problem I think.
Philips music centre model 700/05 keep on saying booting please the other one is fine but the main unit which plays CD I have try all the trobleshooting but sill the power can't turn on how can I get the setup CD Rom
You should be able to take the top off. Look on the sides. There should be a bunch of small screws. Unscrew them and lift the top off. You should be able to access the DVD once the top is off. Then just put the top back on and screws the screws back in.
hey this happened to mine. I contacted phillips and as it was still under warranty and they collected it, fixed it and returned it within a week. do that and see how you get on

I had the same problem during the warranty period of my WACS. The result was that the laser reading the CDs was faulty and it was replaced. Since the laser was replaced it has been working fine
that's not the problem as it works very, very ,rarely
