Did you try deleting some files on your device, making some memory free?
Did you try to close some running program's in the back ground?
Dis you try to restart the game? just to mention 3 things you could do. Only one could already help.
go into your app manager and see what is running there, too many background apps can slow your phone down. Your DIGITISER glass screen may also be damaged and not reading touch correctly, looks like a job for the repair shop to test.
This can't be fixed since our phones seem to be left behind by the complexities of the appns we trying to run. The appn designers keep code running in the background when you try to do something which zapps your phones processing speed. Due to this my only advice is take it slowely, get a hefty micro SD and put as much on there as you can from your phone. Get practice removing the battery to restart your phone. You will need to be familiar with this since I have to do this at least twice a day. The other key issue is that the low quality back of our phones (specifically Samsung Galaxy W) does not secure the battery as well as other phones. As a result, the battery can jiggle and wiggle slightly which causes phone freeze. They are great phones but just a bit toooo cold as things stand and really need to warm up to stop the freeze. Only Samsung can do this!
Good day. remove the battery and memory card, then try to open after awhile. Erase all the files from your phone memory, never use the phone memory for storing large files, this may cause your phone of getting slow and get freeze. If still not work, I advice you to reformat your phone for better cure. Thanks
i can't solve this problem but i've had this phone with sprint since last april and I have had it replaced twice and not going on 3 times now for the same problem you are having and all the wanna do is keep sending the same phone and i'm sorry but this phone needs to be stopped, cause I have read a lot of reviews just like yours
Mine was doing the same thing. The newest update (2.2 build frg22d) is part of the problem as it runs very slowly. Several Apps can also cause the freezing and slow down. If you have task killer installed, try uninstalling. I actually run faster without it. Live wallpapers cause a huge slowdown as well.
you may have a lot of programs running in the background, which jams the phone up and slows it down horribly. you may want to back your phone up on the blackberry desktop program and then go into security option after all is backed up... then wipe handheld, this will restore all the functions back to its original status like when you first bought it. then reconnect it to BB desktop and recover and sync it again and all should be ok.
Your phone might be Software related, try to reset it first by removing battery completely, and take out any memory cards. Then power it back up after a minute. If it does it again make sure the battery is also fully charged. If still it isn't working right you will have to get it serviced by a dealer.
