The "nd" indicates "no drain" and would usually mean something is wrong with the drain pump. I would suggest checking the drain pump for obstructions or if it hums or tries to run. Most likely there is a piece of clothing in the pump or it's bad and needs to be replaced. The wrong soap might cause excessive suds and create a drain problem. The image below will help you remove the front panel to access the pump.

Remove the top by removing the 2 screws on the top/back and slide the top off. There is a emergency door release by the door lock on top of the behind the control panel. You could also access the tub drain by removing the back access panel.
