Try connecting an external monitor to it. If it display correctly, than check your display setting to ensure you have your laptop monitor as your default. If those setting are correct than you will need to open your laptop case and check make sure the connection did not come loose from LCD monitor to your motherboard. Use a small flat head screw driver to popup a cover right above your keyboard to get to the connection. If the connection are good than it may be a bad LCD screen or motherboard.
