Do you have antispam or antimalware software running? mostlikely they removed or didnot let you install the file LVCM.sys which is part of the logitech drivers.
Description: File LVCM.sys is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 1317152 bytes (50% of all occurrence), 472396 bytes.
The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program is not visible. File LVCM.sys is a Microsoft signed file. The service has no detailed description. It is not a Windows core file. Therefore the technical security rating is 14% dangerous. Important: Some malware camouflage themselves as LVCM.sys, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. Thus check the LVCM.sys process on your pc whether it is pest.

    AC97 Audio Config
changed from S/PDIF-Out from 48 Hz to 44.1Hz
    Turned off Noise Suppression

    Cam settings
    reset defaults
Set white balance back to auto

What Does It Mean When Support for My Operating System Ends?

Microsoft Support for Windows Vista (with no service packs installed) ended on April 13, 2010, while support for Windows XP (without Service Pack 3 installed) ended on July 13, 2010. Windows 2000 support ended on July 13, 2010 as well.
There is no Service Pack 3 for the 64-bit version of Windows XP. If you're running the 64-bit version of Windows XP with SP2, you have the latest service pack and will continue to be eligible for support and receive updates until April 8, 2014.
If you are still running a version of Windows where support has ended, it means that version of Windows will no longer receive any updates from the Windows Update or Microsoft Update site. These updates are generally provided for security reasons to help protect the PC from harmful viruses, spyware, malware, and other malicious software. Windows Update also provides new drivers for your hardware that can improve the reliability of Windows.
Hackers love to take a security vulnerability in Windows and exploit it to their advantage. So, if a vulnerability is found in Windows XP or Windows Vista and you are not running the latest service pack, you will not be protected and will be at risk.

How Can I Tell What Service Pack is Installed?
Follow these steps to discover what Service Pack is installed:
1) Click on the Start Button
2) Right-click on either My Computer or Computer (depending on your Windows version)
3) Click on Properties
On this window, it should tell you which version of Windows along with which service pack is installed). It should also tell you whether you are running a 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows.

Sometimes the problem is internet connection low, try to refresh the router by turning it off and on.

Otherway, your operating system is not updated like for windows xp service pack 2. sometimes webcam not working, try to download installer for service pack 3 and install the update.

I cant install microsoft office 2007.my computer have window xp prefessional

You must have at least XP Service Pack 2 to install Office 2007. Is your XP Service Pack 1 or 2? If not you have to upgrade to Service Pack 2 to solve your problem.
Go to http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/xpsp2.html to get Service Pack 2 for XP.

Problem in office 2007 setup

HI Deb,
You will need to update windows to service pack3 first. Then once completed click "start" and open "control panel" and then "Add Remove programs-software" Scroll through list of installed software and identify all and only the office related components "select" each component individually then click "remove/uninstall" Remove all previous installed office components, starting with the smallest sized file to the largest, once completed restart your machine and try the office install disk again. See below for service pack three download info and links:

Download the service pack manually You can use Windows Update or the Microsoft Download Center to obtain Windows XP SP3 online. Check for updates on Windows Update loadTOCNode(4, 'moreinformation'); To check for updates on Windows Update, follow these steps:
