You can unlock your Blackberry after finish 10 attemts by cable process. go local mobile repair shop. after this process your Blackberry Unlock .No need to Mep code for your Blackberry . i hope this will help you:)

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

Phone does not connect to any network
Did your Samsung blocked or locked with current network ? Did you misspell the word locked as blocked? If so, to open network lock from your Samsung, use unlock code .You can get it from any of the online vendors like WickedUnlock.com to unlock it .


OR

If your phone blocked with your current network, you need to contact your network provider to resolve it and then unlock your phone using above steps.

Hard reset wont help you if its not hardlocked I guess its network locked if it ask for unfreeze/defreeze code then its network problem or else hardware problem. Try youtube for hard reset and www.guaranteedunlock.com for network reset.

if you mean network locked? like only accpets orange simcards, then you have a few choices of

.phoning your network carrier
.takeing it to a phone shop
.purchaseing the code of the internet
.( risky ) haveing a go at doing it youre self, ( research it )

if blocked - the phone wont pick up any network, AKA BRICKED! stip it down and sell it for parts, its proberly been reported as stolen

Lockcode
If your phone is blocked. Take it to your nearest network provider outlet, to get it unblocked.

If your sim card is blocked. Go to your network providers website, where you can obtain the puk code that will unblock the sim card.

its either locked to a network or your PIN has been blocked.
try a diferent sim card, if the new SIM cars works, then your original sim card PIN has been blocked, if it gives you the same message, then your phone has been locked to one network, find out which network. if your PIN is blocked, contact your service provider and they will give unlock it for you

I have a RAZR V3 that my son was playing around ,I don't know what he did but when he gave the phone back to me it was off and when I turn it on to make a call the phone says -Enter Unlock Code- I have no idea what's the unlock code ,when I entered 4 zeros like-0000- and hit OK , the phone says INCORRECT CODE-TRY AGAIN. I tried a bunch of numbers with no luck. I can only enter 4 numbers at a time . NOW I THINK I'M LOCK OUT and cannot use my RAZR V3 anymore. PLS. I NEED HELP TO UNLOCK THIS PHONE .
