Just had my beosound 9000 repaired got it home I have three beolab 2000 speakers in different rooms they are on stand by and are not coming on either via the Beo4 remote or manually. (Tried reprogramming the Beo4. I have checked all wires and connections to the Beosound 9000 and everything seems OK the Beosound 9000 is working with the speakers (Floorstanding ones) in the room it's in but not via the Beolab 2000 in the other rooms. Any suggestions?

You have to look up in the manual which way the two arrows on the underside of the unit are pointing when the CD player is located on the far right. The arrows are screw heads which appear in two holes on the underside. If, for instance, you are playing the unit lying flat on a shelf or table top, if you flip it up and forward to get at the arrows, the two arrows should both be pointing left. If you are mounting it on a wall, it's a different arrow combination. I had the problem you describe and this fixed it for me.

You can only go to a b&o dealer to obtain a mastercode for the product, you can then change the pin code to one of your own.Proof of identity will be required along with the serial number and preffably the name and address of the original owner and where it was purchased.
