I have a new B&W Zeppelin and i have a 2 month old Nano, but when i connect the nano i get no sound whatsoever. The remote control is able to turn the red LED into a Blue LED, and the nano seem to be charging, so i know it is connected properly, but absolutely no sound. Please help. I dont want to spend a full day travelling back to the shop Regards Keven

I get no sound from my 2 month nano when connected to the Zeppelin. the nano is charging, so i know it is connected properly. Help. I dont want to spend a day travelling to the shop, where i bought it...

if you have upgraded the zepplin, then try a feed via the auxiliary input at the back. if this works then the arm may be at fault as the charge and the audi are on two seperate connections. you could try another ipod, as they use different pin outs, but just contact your point of sale or the manufacturer and you should get it fixed, ( i believe b and w arrange for collection!)

The iPod Nano uses iTunes exclusively so just download iTunes and use that to store your music and transfer them to your Nano.

WILL NOT TURN ON

Your ipod may be frozen. If so, hold the menu button and the center button below it. If this still doesnt work try connecting it to a computer and then disconnecting it.
