First of all please check if the battery is in good condition.
If
the battery is fine and the phone is still not switching on, then the
firmware of the phone should be corrupted. You will have to flash the
phone to a latest firmware. Its best to get your phone flashed from a
service centre. However, you can flash the phone yourself. Step by
steps instructions are given below:
1. Download navifirm from here.
2. Select your phone model and download the latest firmware available.
3. Download JAF from here.
4. Flash your phone with JAF using dead usb option. (How to flash with JAF)
Your phone should work fine.
