I always go the the manufacturer website to download drivers. I also just had a similar problem on our printer at church. Two people looked and looked after pulling a jammed paper out of the printer. I looked a few times, opened the 2 back doors, the front door, removed the paper trays and looked, opened the side door, and looked again. Each time the printer said jam. I got a flashlight and looked everywhere again, nothing. Still said jam. I looked one more time in above where the paper trays go, and under a piece of plastic just barely visible at just the right angle was a tiny scrap of paper, not much bigger than a quarter. I managed to get it out and all works fine. Possibly you may have something like this going on?

Replace both cartridges, power down and try again. The blinking light stopped and now I'm able to bring. Had gone through powering down four times before doing this.

i think u should check for peices of paper ,tiny objects etc that might be obstructing the movement of the paper. also check that the print head is not disconnected from the belt you can check this by slidind the print head from side to side and ensure that both of them are moving hope this helps.

Ya, in this case you will have to disconnect the printer from the computer, uninstall the drivers from the computer and restart. Then reinstall the drivers and connect the printer back when it asks you to .
Also make sure before that there is no bits of paper left in the printer.
Thanks.

Give it a piece of paper and hit the blinking arrow. It means it is out of paper and will not function until it completes its task.

try shutting it off and remove all cables connected with the printer. wait for a few minutes and connect all cables back and then switch on the printer. meanwhile, also shutdown your PC and turn it on again too. now try printing, it should work fine.
hope it helps.
