there's nothing we can do to view your security code if we don't have a special gadget to recover your security code or to reformat it and buying it cost much for that purpose only.
to save money, have your security reset if possible or reformat your phone to your nearest service center or repair shop. also some service provider can help you with that for free if they have that free service. try also calling their customer care.

The default Security code is 12345.
If you changed it and
forgot the security code please contacts your device dealer. They will provide
you the default security code so that you can use your phone.
This security lock
prevents thieves from being able to make use of stolen handsets that is why it
can only be unlocked by authorized device dealers.
