Try installing the drivers again from the disk that came with it change the batteries first if it is wireless and also make sure that you are plugged into the keyboard port in the back and not the mouse port. If this does not work get another keyboard and check it again if that does not work then either the mouse port plug is bad or driver is not installed for the keyboard by default it should of picked it up. If this does not work then you have board issue with the plugin you can also try going to a USB keyboard so all is not lost here. Also press power button turn off the computer unplug the power cord hold the power button down for about 5 seconds to reset the computer let go when you see lights flash then plug the power cord back in and restart the computer look for the lights to blink on the keyboard if it will not blink then just go get either a USB one or another keyboard. Problem should be solved keyboards are not that hard to get or replace and relatively easy to replace, time is not.
Hi there,
Do you the Drivers Cd with you? Install it and try.
Post back if it is not working we will be happy to help you.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!!!!
You should install the drivers and software for the keyboard first. If you have already done that, try plugging the keyboard into another available port on your computer.
