Is there a manual for my concird watch model: 0311626. I bought the watch from an outlet mall. They don't have a manual. I can don't know how to setup the date and the "t1" to match the dial. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Try looking for a local Fast Fix jewelery repair. They're in most malls nation wide, they will have one right in the store plus they do repairs for a nominal fee.
Hope this helps you a vote would be nice,Gary
I would go and get the battery replaced. Watches will run off the battery even when sitting on the shelf in the stores. Replacement are usually less than $10 at the mall or check a jewelry store.
It's probably just the battery. If you bought it online there is no way to know how long the watch has been sitting on a shelf. You will want to spend the money to have a watchmaker replace the battery in your watch. The mart stores or mall kiosks can further damage your watch as those places do not have trained people working there. They don't know what they are doing.
Have a watchmaker do this and you will be better off. in the long run.
Hope this helps. Ken Yellowstone Watch Inc. www.yellowstonewatch.com
Sorry for your loss. If your watch was registered, then it can be traced by reporting the loss to Ebel. You can do it on the internet: www.ebel.com You will have to submit all the details of your watch. In case, if your watch will turn up at any of authorized Ebel dealer workshops, it will be reported as stolen or found and you will be contacted. But that can never happen, too. If someone was lucky to find an Ebel watch, I doubt he/she will try to find the owner, unless he/she is just a perfect human being. Ebel watches are of very good quality, quite prestigious and a good value as well, so, I think the finder will keep your watch himself. Anyway- do not give up and report the lost watch. The only downside is- you have to tell your husband, as he is the only person who knows where and when watch was purchased as well as the rest of the details. Wish you luck. Do not forget to rate, please.
