Hello,
Welcome to FixYa.
The "F34" code on your model of Thermador oven indicates the control has detected an error with the airflow for the oven.
This could indicate a faulty blower motor not coming on at all, or if it does come on ( you should be able to hear it or feel it blowing out the bottom under the door if it's working ) and still initiates an F34 error it is likely the sail switch is sticking.
The switch can be removed and cleaned as they do become contaminated with dirt, grease and dust over time.
The sail switch is located at the very bottom of the ovens where the grill is, under the lower door.
The blower is located at the back wall of the oven plenum as illustrated here.
( F34 can also be initiated by a failed "K4 relay" on the control board, but that is less likely )
The sail switch as I mentioned can be accessed by way of removing the lower grill...i.e.
**Turn off the 40 amp breaker to the oven before attempting any service...safety first**
If you feel capable this is the procedure for testing the blower and sail switch as follows...At this point I recommend calling in a pro, it's your call.shows #34 on display and does not function - macmarkus_225.jpgbr />
Let me know if I can assist you further regarding this issue and I`ll try to be available asap.
Good luck.
