I have a Timex Expedition watch that I purchased on July 2, 2010. The calendar function does not keep an accurate date. It will jump a number of days such as jumping from the 2nd to the 15th. Is this a warrantee matter?

Hello. You just have to pull and turn the crown found in the 3H location of your watch. Normally for timex watch with date function, you have to pull the crown on the 2nd pull position or until the hands move when you turn the crown.

the perpetual calendar is not changeable date. you have to bring it to Timex watch expert because they know how to set it.

You have to bring it to TIMEX watch technicians because it has to be calibrated.

mcdevito75 here, Sorry to hear of your disappointment with your Timex watch, thru the years quality of workmanship and parts may have fallen a bit, try a new battery in your timex, a high quality Battery. Anyway here is Timex Customer service number, 800-448-4639 Regards, Mike D

Enter your watch type in the search box and click on "search"

mcdevito75 here, Your watch (Timex) may have a 2 position stem. Push the stem (winder) all the way in, NOW just lift the stem a little to it:s first position, this should allow the date, (number ) to change, change that number to the date before the date you want, NOW pull the stem out to set the hands, rotate the hands to set proper date and time.

Check that the month is correct. April and July have a Sunday 11th.
