I am using xperia X10...and i want to connect to my HBH-GV435 bluetooth to this phone..but the HBH-GV435 blue tooth is already paired with some other phone.so i want to reset the bluetooth and connect it...

Headset-

1. Make sure the headset is fully charged, turned off and within 1 m (3 ft) of the phone.
2. Press and hold the On/Off button for at least five seconds, until you hear a long high-pitched beep and the light flashes red and green. The headset is now in pairing mode.
3. If your phone supports auto pairing, press "Yes" when the question Add device? appears in your phone. If it doesn't, continue with the next step.
4. Prepare your phone in accordance with the phone instructions for adding a Bluetooth device. Please note that for some phones you may need to enter a passcode. The headset passcode is 0000.

X10-

1. From the Home screen, tap the applications bar.
2. Tap Settings > Wireless controls > Bluetooth settings.
3. Mark the Bluetooth check box.
4. The phone starts to search for the device. Make sure that the device is in pairing mode. If needed, tap Scan for devices.
5. When the device becomes visible in the Bluetooth devices found list, tap to select it.
6. If needed, tap the text bar to enter the passcode (0000 by default) and tap OK.
7. You can now start using the paired Bluetooth device. The status of the pairing and connection is shown below the name of the Bluetooth device in the Bluetooth devices list.

Good Luck!

I'm using a HTC Legend and would like to sync it with my IS-800 but the phone can't seem to find the headset. I thought bluetooth headsets were more or less universal. Is there anything i can do?

For some phones, provided that both its bluetooth radio and a nearby BT headset are turned on, and the headset's MFB (for the IS800, the only button it has) is briefly pressed. The phone then prompts the user to pair with the headset. For others, the headset must be put in pairing mode, and the phone must be made to search for it. If this is your case, press and hold the IS800's button until the right earpiece's led flashes red / green (the white led, next to the mic, will flash too). Then, you must start your phone's bluetooth settings, and make it search for the headset. In both cases, if you are prompted to enter a pairing code, the IS800's is '0000' (four zeros).
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
Cheers! Carlos

I try to connect my Sony Ericsson HBH-DS205

Hullo Tillgustaf
I understand you need an A2PD compliant bluetooth adaptor. I’ve just installed one on my PC at work, asked Windows to look for updated drivers on the internet and it has installed correctly.
You can get an A2PD adaptor from Amazon for £1.50 here
Best wishes,

Hbh-pv705

I had this problem. I fixed it doing follow: hold volume keys together, so the indicator is flashed red and green (reset to default settings mode). Then press power button to turn the headset off. Then turn it on again and try to find the headset again from my phone. Then select "pair" from phone menu and typed "0000". The led stopped flashing and headset was connected. Before this my phone couldn't see the headset at all. Hope it will help you! (sorry for my English, I'm from Russia =))

P990i is not supporting headset bluetooth HBH-PV700

You must operate your bluetooth headset HBH-PV700 in discovery mode in order for your mobile to discover the headset and then pair the two devices. To activate the discovery mode of your headset, while it is switched OFF press the switch on button and leave it pressed for approximately 10 seconds, then search for it with your mobile and pair the devices. most of the times the code needed for pairing is 0000 (zeros)
