Go to www.samsung.com, click on Support, enter the model number of your phone (i.e., SGH-T929), click on the downloads tab below the phone, click on Software and agree to the terms that will pop up. If your phone is supported by PC Studio, then the software and drivers will be there. If not, it won't support your phone.

check the pc connectivity settings on ur phone.

make sure that ur using the 2.0 port of ur computer
dont use front usb ports cpu. use rear ports. they are faster.
if still problem persists. try below
conect ur phone to usb. now without disturbing the connections switch off and then on the phone. now there may be chances.

samsung sofware could be corrupted due to virus on ur pc. remove all the viruses then freshly install suit
