I have a panasonic pt-56dlx75. the lamps are okay i had them checked but my tv will not turn on, no blinking red lights just a green blinking light in the power button. I can also still hear a fan working in the back of the tv but no picture nor sound still.. please help?

I am not familiar with your TV but the blinking light is generally the error code! You will need to count the blinks, that will tell you what is wrong with your TV! Wish I could help you more!

Check ur tv fan,if ur cooling fan are runnig,before all these LED lights are flashing.If not that ur tv problems.All these LED lights are flashing the tv making alots of clinking noises too like it trying turn itself on?Yes,than the tv board that called the Ballast board it is dead too,must be replace also.This tv Ballast board only job are to help to ignite the tv projection lamp only and keeping it on and running.
You need to first CK power supply board for Bad capacitors they will be vented,swollen or puffed up on top ,if you do not see any then try replacing Ballast Board it is what Powers Lamp. Call Encompas Parts Dustrubtion for Part numbers and Prices or Visit teir Website online!
The green blinking lamp means that the TV is getting ready to start the lamp, and then one red LAMP blink means the lamp will not start. You may need a new lamp (Part TYLA1001.)
Ballast failure is more that likley the problem. Is the lamp light blinking,...once every 5 seconds? Discontinued part and can only be purchased used or rebuilt. Rebuilt units are available, check Ebay. Have a service type person confirm problem before throwing good money after bad!
yeah, should stay red when unit is turned off, indicating there's power but it's doing nothing.
Per user manual:
Solid red - power off (standby mode)
blinking red - power off (now cooling)
blinking green - power on (preparing to light lamp)
solid green - power on
