Try to push the ON/OFF button longer or harder. If the problem persist, take the batteries off then put in again into your camera.
Picture of battery shows your battery stats full/empty.
Picture of flower is indicator that you use "MACRO" mode, this is mode when you have to take a small picture with near range between object and lens while capturing the picture, not suggested for taking daily pictures. If you don't need this function you can turn off the "MACRO" mode, certain camera have dedicated button to adjust it, but see the manual to make sure.

Hope this help and be kind to rate please, thank you.

The Flash is stuck to off on my Polaroid x800 camera. How do i fix this?

If Polaroid x800 flash doesn't turn ON - that is because of the picture mode (a plastic switch on one of the sides). In my case: mountains symbol - flash turns ON/OFF, flower symbol - flash is stuck to OFF.

I have a sony cybershot dsc w120 camera and it turns on and maybe lets me take 1 or 2 pictures before shutting off (sometimes with the lens still out). It hasn't been dropped or exposed to water, so I

Things to check first for a camera that won't turn on, or works intermittently are the battery contact points, ensuring that they're clean, and making good contact with the battery. Troubleshooting tips on other things that need to be checked may be seen here. These tips won't work for every case, but they're worth a try.

Screen turns on and flowers appear but will not continue

I had that problem last year. The repairman told me to make sure my sewing machine was on a very stable table, or it would move around & knock out the computer. The machine just barely moved, but that was too much. After I changed the table out that the machine sat on, it worked. Hope this helps.

Pictures

On the front of this camera there are three different options that you select my turning the lens. Pictures may turn out fuzzy if you have the lens turned so that the notch lines up with the flower. This is called macro mode and purposely makes objects that are a certain distance away blurry, so that say, if you were taking a picture of a flower, the main focus of the picture would be the flower, and not the background. For people you would change it to the person if they were not to far away, and if you were taking a picture of something like a mountain in the distance you would change it to the mountain thing. That would be my best explanation anyways.

Picture focus problems

make sure there is no flower icon on bottom left corner of screen-very common on sony to hit macro button to turn on by accident and you will get blur-only for extreme closeup-hit flower button to turn off if on and let me know if that was the problem

Photoshop: how do I turn a color pic to sepia and leave certain part in color?

well i can suggest a very simple solution for problem. Follow the video to create a sepia http://video.about.com/graphicssoft/Sepia-tone-look-in-photoshop.htm
after that merge all the layers. Now add the original picture in you work and place it at the back of the Sepia Layer. Carefully erase the flower in the Sepia Layer and as you do this the flower from the original picture will show its original colors.
