you can try this code *2767*3855# it deletes all contacts, msgs and sound or images. It also resets the security code to default. I'm not sure about tracker password. U should be careful. This code works on approximately all samsung fones.

Unfortunately, if you have forgotten your username or password and even your security question/answer, you can no longer recover your email services. You just have to create a new one.

However, try to click the "forgot password" and then the reset password link might be sent to your secondary email address, if you register one.

One solution is to download a password recovery program made for this software. I can't verify the integrity of this site but they do list a password recovery program for folder lock. You will have to sign up as a member to download the program but it seems like a minor thing compared to the importantance of your files.

You might also try contacting the author of the software but it is unlikely they will tell you how to recover your password as that would defeat the purpose of having security software.

You forget the password for the "admin" user account and can no longer perform important management operations. Use the password recovery method outlined below to define a new password for the "admin" user account:

1. Access the Command Line Interface from the console port and enter the user name "recover" and password "recover" to place the Switch in password recovery mode. The Switch remains in password recovery mode for a maximum of 30 seconds, before it returns to the CLI login prompt.
   
   You must use the console port to recover the passsword. If you attempt the recovery method using the network, the password will be rejected.
   
   
2. Perform a hard reset on the Switch whilst it is in password recovery mode by switching it off, waiting a few seconds, and switching it on again.
   
   You cannot use a soft reset operation to reset the password of the "admin" user account. This will end the password recovery procedure and return you to the CLI login prompt.
   
   
3. When the Switch has rebooted following the hard reset enter a new password for the "admin" user account.
   

Logon with any valid account.
Go to Start > Run...
Type in "cmd" and then press Enter.
You can also right-click the desktop, create new shortcut, then type: cmd
When the Command Prompt window pops up, type in "net user" to identify the account name of the local administrator.
Once you have identified the admin account, type in
net user "admin account name" * and press Enter. do this exactly right including spaces and replace admin account name with the name of the admin account
When prompted, enter a new password for the admin account and hit Enter. You will not see the characters being typed.
Confirm your password by entering it again and hit Enter.
Type in "exit" and press Enter.
