go to http://www.modmymobile.com, download p2k tools, p2k driver, and search firmware for your rokr e1

its hiding in the start button you have to find it in the file or the usp cant be found

um u should of got a hair dryer and let it dry but um the back light is not to expensive u can gte a new one of ebay fro about 8 dollards and i htink u can take it to any radioschack thats were i got my black berry fix i had kind of the same problem but the keypad lights went off

In the E-series phones you have to transfer the song to phone memory before you can set it as ringtone..Hence first transfer to phone memory then just go to options and choose apply as ringtone..
