Since there is nothing you can do to fix this at home you have 2 choices, replace the camera or send it back to the manufacturer for exchange (very expensive)
I think your pc thinks it is connected to an external monitor. press Fn and F5 at the same. If this is the problem it will fix it. You may have to try several times.
IF U HAVE TWO EYE,SENSORS ON EACH SIDE OF THE DOOR SEE IF SOMETHING IS BLOCKING THE EYES OR SOETHING IS COVERING THEM, OR THEY ARE OUT OF ALIGNMENT, ONE SHOULD SHOW GREEN, AND ONE RED EYE, GOOD LOCK
