We have a new ETW193 switch that was working fine and on schedule for a Christmas light switch that is a three way switch. I had a new space heater that I put on an outlet that is controlled by that switch. Unfortunately, the space heater flipped the circuit breaker. Now, the ETW193 switch does not do anything any more, but the other switch in the same three way group still works. I have tried reseting it, but to no avail. The switch's main on/off still works. The display however is just not cutting back on again. Is the switch fried or is there something else going on?

The ETW193 is only good up to 500 watts. Many space heaters are higher wattage than that. What is the wattage of yours? If it is 1000 w or 1500 w, you probably damaged the switch. If the other switch is mechanical, it may handle higher loads than the electronic switch.

Replaced intermatic wall timer with GE timer - Lights won't go on, however when turning on the second switch for the outside lights they flash on and off
You have two switches controlling same outdoor lights, then that is a 3-way switch
GE timers do not work for 3-way switch.
Aube T1033, Intermatic EJ500, Intermatic ST01C, UPM ETW193 & 350, and Brinks 46-1022 work for 3-way switching.

i would try testing the thermal fuse/s first as this is the main factor of fault within these units when you find the blown thermal fuse replace it with the same values as the one blown.

Furnace will start and sequence fine run for five minutes or so then the flame cuts out....miller type furnace put a new board in last year so now it cycles three times and goes into soft lockout.....
Clean the flame sensor.

If your furnace lights and the gas stays on for 8 to 10 seconds, then shuts right back off, then you need to clean your flame sensor with light sand paper or steel wool. You might need a new flame sensor, but most of the time they can be cleaned an will work well after cleaning.
