If the picture here represents your TV's actual looks,a shop will have to come out. That is at least $50 for them to show up.1 hour labor@ $50-$60.Repair centers normally have a minimum parts price mark up of 20%.If you actually have a flat screen,it probably isn't worth repairing either because you can probably get a new one for around $350,new warranty and all that.I am just giving you the numbers and letting you decide but I am pretty sure I know what that will be.I joined here to inform and educate people who can be ripped off by industries without knowing it.I have seen too much of it and it's disgusting.Good luck,Greg

My display has a red tint to it

Try adjusting the color properties of the monitor using the controls located on the front of the monitor.
If you can't correct the color, then it's a problem in the color circuit. As an ex tv repair guy I can tell you it may cost more than the monitor is worth to fix it unless it's still under warranty.

TV Picture is tinted pink

depending on how much you paid for the tv , the cost of the repair may be more than the tv is worth. but if this is a large tv , then the repair would be most likely worth it

Color sudden change

Good day.
Your unit is still worth. It may be a caused of loose contacts along the circuitry. It can be remedied by resoldering the terminals particularly the chroma section and the crt circuit.

Poor color

I am about to say something that may sound stupid but it sounds like you are experiencing this. After years of use you CRT guns in your case the gun in each one of your CRTs(RGB) begins to oxidize and decrease in its ability to provide electrons for the scaning beam this creates a dark picture. Common problem? yes, over time, but for it to happen in just six years is strange but it can. Major Problem to have repaired? No, the technician will use a CRT rejuvenator on all three of your guns and then balance them and you are off and running. Now the other problem that might be occuring low CRT anode voltage. this could happen. Common problem? yes, it is the best choice Major Problem to have repaired? yes and no depending on which components are bad.

I would check the green signal all the wat to the display screen to determine is this is a signal problem or a system short. I would recommend that you take this set to a qualified electronics technician
