It would be useful to have the model number, but here are some manuals. Some machine have no option for JUST a spin, you have to choose Rinse and Spin.

open washer and check out the DRAIN MOTOR PUMP it could be clogged , located where DRAIN HOSE is connected , hope it helps , AJ

drain pump error... clear obstruction in pump, or replace..

It's going to be hard finding parts for this machine because I have one as well. You can search the internet or call the company. The last time I had problems with my machine the company told me they stop making parts for this particular brand. Don't give up looking for parts, maybe someone else sells the parts for this washer.
