Locked out of my phone, my 3 year old put a password on it somehow.

Try 12345. This phone has a habit of locking randomly. If that doesn't work, take the battery out, let it sit overnight and then try the 12345 again in the morning.

Try the last 4 digits of your phone number or you can try Flashing the phone. I must warn you that flashing a phone is highly risky.

My cell phone is locked

If you have never set up a lock code, your code should be the last 4 digits of your phone number, or at least that was the case for my phone through alltel. Hope this helps.
