How can i make it compatible with window7 during printing?

You may try to change the compatibility setting for the program to Windows 95/98. Right clight on the .exe file and choose 'Properties'. Select the 'Compatibility' tab and choose the appropriate options.

Start downloading driver of your computer type and compatible to your os win 7. Okay..

You can download the Office 2007 for free from Microsoft (here if you want to try), but you won't be able to use it without a product key. The key is needed during installation. To download the driver and software

choose your Operating system (win 7 ) 64 bit or 32 bit (this part is important)
download drivers and software.
Install driver with the printer not connected to your PC. If prompted to connect during install then do so.
After install connect printer if you were not prompted during install, let windows find and setup the driver.
Open your printers from the start menu Right click your new printer and set as default
You can also go into your preferences (when you right clicked) and set your paper/quality and other defaults the printer will use when you click print.

You are right - the camera is not supported by logitech for Windows 7 and I am surprised that you have some level of use with it.
A couple of things you can try -
1) Instead of restarting your computer just unplug the webcam for a few seconds and then plug it back in.
(This will re-boot the webcam software) the same as restarting the computer)
2) Do a quick check running the webcam in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop or the webcam file from 'All Programs' - select 'Properties'
Select the 'Compatibility' tab
Select 'Compatibility Mode'
Use the dropbox to show the OS you have successfully used before
Click OK
Restart your computer
