Depending on software version, the volume control opens when tapping the left or center area of the information bar in the lower part of the driving view.

You can only adjust the voice volume when a call is in progress. There is no menu option. When you are in a phone call, press upwards on the central 4 way navigation button (the centre circle). This will turn the call volume up.
HI I am having the same problem. tv sound is fine, then fades so that 50 is the only sound volume to hear the show. It happens intermittently.

when anyone ring us, we can't hear them they are faint . they can hear us fine. is there a function on the phone or machine were i can turn the volume up to hear them ???
The ps2 has a sound threshold, which it cannot surpass. Do you hear any volume at all? If you hear NO volume, verify that your audio visual cable is properly seated in both the TV and the console. If you hear some volume, and its just really quiet, try a different TV.
The earpiece speaker has gone bad. Unless you have access to a replacement speaker and can solder you will have to take the phone to you nearest Motorola service center.
