Recover data from corrupt .mdf and .ldf files.

You can find more information here:
http://www.filerepairforum.com/forum/microsoft/microsoft-aa/sql-server/569-i-have-a-problem-how-do-i-fix-a-corrupted-database-file

Open your SQL Server Management Studio console. This application shortcut is available in the SQL Server directory in the Windows Start button.
· Enter the system administrator user name and password. SQL Server's administrator user name is "sa." This account is required for privileges to restore the database. If your restoring on a host provider server, use the administrator user name and password they supplied for your account.
·Right-click your database name and select "Attach." In the new window that opens, click the "Add" button to open a dialog box.
·Select your MDF file and press the "Ok" button. It may take several minutes to restore the database if it is a large file. Once the process is finished, browse your tables to verify the data. The database is now restored.

My itunes wont let me open it its saying unkown error has occurred 13010

Hi crag81,
I understand you are receiving error 13010 when trying to open iTunes. If you are using iTunes 8.0.2. I suggest you upgrade (but if you cannot): Remove the Genius database In the "Finder" go to the /username/Music/iTunes/ directory and delete the "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" file. This should allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the "Genius" feature.

If you are windows, Remove the Genius database In the "My Documents" go to the /My Documents/Music/iTunes/ directory and delete the "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" file. This should allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the "Genius" feature.

NOTE: If your using Vista or WIN 7 go to /yourusername/Music (one directory back from My Music (from above =)),

The drive database cdrw32.bdb cannot be found i tied to replace file still didnt work now also says nti has stopped working

The following is installation instructions for CD-Maker Professional. For Backup Now, the instructions are the same, however, you will install it in the NTI Backup Now directory, rather than the NTI CD-Maker directory.
To install, please copy the "cdrw32.bdb" file use Windows Explorer or My Computer to copy the database file into the main folder for CD-Maker 2000 Professional. If you installed our software in a different directory then you will need to copy the file into your alternate location.
Example where database file is located:
C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD-Maker 2000 Professional

You can also use the find feature in Windows to find the exact location of the database file. Click "Start", the "Search", then "for Files and Folder", then type in cdrw32.bdb and click "Search Now". After it finds the file then you can read under the "In Folder" heading for the correct path where the database file is located. Use Windows Explorer or My computer to copy the database file into this location.

NOTE:
(1) It works only on full retail versions of NTI software
(2) For CD-Maker, it works for Version 5.1.1 or later.
(3) For NTI Backup Now, it works for Version 2.2.33 or later.
(4) For supported DVD burner models, CD-Maker V5.1.XX and Backup NOW! (and DriveBackup!) V2.X will support only the CD burning function of these models, not DVD burning. DVD burning is supported starting from Version 6.0 of CD&DVD-Maker, and Version 3.0 of Backup NOW! and DriveBackup!, respectively.
Thanks for using Fixya

Error 3343 when I start PC Charge, how can I fix this?

error 3343 is a database error. Unfortunately, PCCharge is still in the stone-ages of computer technology and they think VB6.0 and MS Access 2.0 are stable and secure ... At any rate. 3343 is simply an unrecognizable database, in this case due to corruption. There is a program in the PCCharge directory called VisData. This will allow you to run a repair and compact the database. To use:
First make a backup of your PCCW.MDB database in your PCCharge directory (C:\Program Files\Active-Charge (PaymentServer); C:\Program
Files\PCCW (PRO)).

Execute VISDATA.exe.
File -> Repair MDB.
Select the PCCW.MDB database from your PCCharge directory.
Select 'No" to open Repaired Database.
File -> Compact MDB ... 2.0 MDB
Again, Select the PCCW.MDB
It will then prompt for what you want the database to be named. Simply select PCCW.MDB again, select 'YES' to replace existing database.
Select 'NO' to encrypt database.
Select 'NO' to Open Compacted database
Exit Visdata and start PCCharge.

It would also be a good idea to go ahead and update to the latest available Scripting Runtime library. This can be found by going to microsoft.com and searching for the phrase 'windows script'. (To my knowledge, 5.7 is the latest version).
