I see residues of the soap after our wash. we usually use fast eco or just fast. if heavy we go normal eco or normal. Is it the soap were using or the FP has a problem. this just started with either the new soap cascade advance or the replacement of the gear that turns the arm around. Please advise.

I have an older dishwasher also and recently my wife also complained about it not cleaning right... so me being the man I am tried in vain to clean the things... Bought new spray arms online and installed them in minutes...now the thing works like new... However I have also found that if the heating element goes bad then that also can mess things up bad... So I would buy new spray arms, and also check out the heating element to make sure it is working... Here is a tip that will help you with the online buying...

M y Bosch WFX 3250 washing maschine spill water over the top of the soap tray and out on the floor. What to do?

Remove the soap drawer completely. They usually pull straight out after overcoming some resistance at the end of the normal travel.

The problem you have is usually caused by a buildup of soap residue blocking one of the drains from the soap compartment to the wash tub. Clean all traces of residue from the drawer and the inside of the compartment and then pour water into the drain(s) to check for blockage(s).

Sometimes the top panel of the machine must be removed to access the hose(s), for removal and rodding through but often it is possible to clear them from the soap compartment using something flexible of a suitable size.

Hi, I've got a hotpoint WF000G which wont rinse properly on a fast wash, still soap suds on the clothing and have to put it on a full rinse cycle to get rid of them. Have tried clearing the filter (which...

Use very little detergent (HE) on a fast wash, about half the amount you usually do and set the machine to heavy instead of nomal, if yours has the settings for water level. The heavy setting uses more water. If your model does not have the normal/heavy settings, wash only very small loads on the fast cycle so that there is more water for the cycle. Also, be sure you are rinsing in cold, since cold water dispurses suds. You should also be sure that your rubber seal is very clean. I use a cloth and plain hot water and clean the seal weekly. It can build up alot of detergent residue as well as mold, etc.

3 days ago machine started producing heavy amount of soap suds/foam in the spin cycle - happened once before but corrected self after one rinse cycle - no luck this time - called Fisher - they suggested...

it can take a lot of flushing the machine to remove the buildup of suds producing wash powder. I'd double check the wash powder, and try and put the machine into "no eco" mode, so it won't recirculate the water, this may help was out the suds on an empty cycle.

Have residue on most to all clothes. i thought it was a water softner problem but that is now fixed. any ideas?

Residue is almost always soap related.
1: Soap goes in the washer first, then clothes. The other way around leaves soap on clothes.
2: switch to concentrated liquid soap. This blends better with cold water.
3: Dry soap has cardboard fillers. Cheaper soap has more fillers. Try a better soap brand.
4: The washer may have build up inside and may need to be cleaned out. (not likely as this clears up real fast)

Won't complete normal cycle, but will complete heavy duty normal cycle gives errors codes of "sd", and "f21". have cleaned trap, and it works for next cycle, then errors out again. But Heavy duty works...

GOOD NEWS
actually SD means SUDS, it maens that your using too much soap,
when you clean out the rap your cleaning out the rest of the soap,
anyway, if you cut way back on your soap, i usually sugest 1 tablespoon for these models works just fine
try one empty load and no soap
watxh the suds appear in the wash cycle

remenber you bough this machine for water savingfs
1/6 the water 1/6 the soap

We are using our Electrolux/Simpson Ezi Sensor washing

also have the same machine - if you wash with the eco rinse the clothes will ALWAYS have the soap residue on them and if you use the deep rinse then this machine will just sit there doing the very occasional agitate for up to 6 hours - can't win - have only just hung out a load and as usual there are many many dry spots on the sheets which is a daily occurence - really hate this machine and it's so called u-beaut functions -

I have a residual mildew odor from my washing machine??

That's normally from undissolved soaps still in the system. Age old problem. Need to do a hot wash without clothe or soap at least once a day for about 4 days. Smell should lessen. Suggest you use a lot less soap during each wash as it is very concentrated.
