Reading a manual would be more useful, and if not please find out how to do configure the hot keys of a kvm switch at kvmstuff.com.

Answer : For using MAC keyboard, please invoke HKM then change hotkey to [Control]
    (1) invoke HKM
1.1 press and hold down the [clear] key
1.2 press and release [minus] key (released within one half second)
    1.3 release the [clear] key

(2)Press and release the T key
(3)press [Control] twice for switching KVM's port

If you still can't do it, please use PC's standard keyboard which has CAPS Lock and Scroll Lock LED light. After invoking HKM sucessfully, those two LED lights will flash in succession. At this moment, please press and release the T key. Then plug in Mac keyboard again.

Brought a CS62US and Mircosoft KB with mouse. When USB combo plugged on the left USB, only KB is worked together with switching function. When USB combo plugged on the rigth USB, both KB & Mouse worked...

Unfortunately, this switch has a dedicated port for keyboard that listens for the keyboard keystroke. You MUST plug the keyboard into the dedicated keyboard port on the KVM switch for the hotkeys to work. I recommend putting the mouse that comes with your keyboard to the side, and using another mouse, plugged into the dedicated mouse USB port on the switch. Not the prettiest solution, but some of those mouse/keyboard combos have some funky hardware!

Can't switch

Make sure your keyboard and mouse are plugged into the correct usb slots on the switch. One is labled for keyboard, and the other for mouse. If you mix these up, those hotkeys will not work! :) Also, try tapping scroll-lock twice to switch. It's much better than trying to use the num-lock + and - keys, since it's only a two-way KVM. Tapping Num-lock twice automatically switches, so you don't have to hit multiple buttons.

Not working

Make sure your keyboard and mouse are plugged into the right USB ports on the switch. If you plug the keyboard into the mouse USB port the hotkeys will not work! The USB ports on the KVM switch are labeled under each port, with a mouse and keyboard icon respectively. From the Quick Start Guide/Manual: The Numlock hotkeys are listed as:
[Num Lock]+[-] [1] Switches to output 1
[Num Lock]+[-] [2] Switches to output 2
[Numlock]+[-] [A] Auto-scans and chooses which ever port is connected.
Alternatively: Tap [Scroll Lock] twice to automatically switch between ports.
Note: I've never been able to get the Numlock key combinations to work correctly. I always just use double-tap [Scroll Lock] trick to switch.
If you get stuck with your scroll-lock and Alpha lock lights flashing, just hit [Esc] to fix it.

2-port KVM switch mouse & keyboard connected to wrong display

I have installed several of these KVM switches before... that's not normal. It sounds like there's a manufacturer's defect which is causing the video to link up with the wrong keyboard/mouse cables. If you just bought it, I'd recommend returning it and getting a replacement.
