This is a fuser heat error. Have you performed the reset procedure? If not just turn off the main power, hold the 0 and 8 keys WHILE turning the power back on. Type in 400 then press Start. Set the displayed number to 0 (zero) then hit set or enter.
Power off then back on and the code should be cleared. If it keeps coming back then the fuser unit will need service. Most common fault is the thermistors which are small electonic parts that monitor the temperature of the fuser unit. Pretty in-expensive parts.
