Water heater leaking

I would call home depot and ask how they handle their warranty with Rheem. Contact your builder and get the information of the plumier that installed the unit he should be able to give you the pluming supplier where he purchased the heater.

Rheem Power Vent PVS50-36FV..Constantly goes to lock out..Unplug it turn it off . wait and turn on but sometimes in a day or a week again goes out .\r\nWhat to do??

Call the manufacturer phone # that is printed on the water heater. You probably have the model that requires a retrofit burner with reset button to be installed to fix this issue. You will also have to clean out the bottom screen filter below the burner when you change it out. They will need the model # & serial # to check if yours needs this. Douglas

Atwood 6 gal w/h won't stay lit longer than 12 minutes

After it is stored for the 2 weeks, do you turn water on to it, then bleed out any air through the taps before lighting it? If not try that and see what happens and let me know if any different.

Any idea where I can get an instruction leaflet for operating a Vulcan Continental boiler. Thanks Leigh

you will have to find a supplier that sell them, they don't have a web site but call to your local plumbing supply house and see if they might know who sells the item, that would be your starting point,, good luck
