Open line is nothing but the unlocking code for your mobile. Unlocking your phone just removes the SIM card restriction so that you can use other network's SIM card. please check your cell phone if open line so it can be able to recognized the sim card if it is open line try to remove the sim card and scratch it with pencil eraser
it just means that your phone is not "open line" or it cannot be used for all networks. you have to ask a service center for your phone to be "open line" or to open line it. Once it's open line, you can use durrga or watanya sim.
You mean your mobile phone won't accept other sim cards? All brand new mobile phones you buy from a cellular service provider are locked. You can only use other sims with it if you can have it open line. But if you open line it before the warranty period ends, its warranty will be void. So, think about it.
anyway, probably the sim loss its contact to its sim terminal... try inserting together to your sim a folded paper same size of your sim( just to compress your sim to its rterminals)... be sure not to cover the sim terminals...
