I can't find any instructions in the operator's manuel on how to reprogram VAT from 17.5 to 20% on my casio CE4000. Can anyone provide easy instructions?

It depends upon a few things. Does your country use add on (tax added at the end) or add in (tax included in price). Which tax number is the machine using (1 to 4) for VAT?
